Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreaTIP ("the Platform"), a decentralized application (dApp) running on the Somnia Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. The Service & Blockchain Architecture

CreaTIP is a decentralized donation platform that facilitates direct transactions between Supporters and Creators using smart contracts. We do not take custody of your funds.

The Platform operates through the following Verified Smart Contracts on the Somnia Network:

You acknowledge that transactions confirmed on the Somnia Network are irreversible and immutable.

3. User Obligations

• Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your crypto wallet (private keys/seed phrase). CreaTIP cannot access or recover your funds if you lose access to your wallet.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this Platform.
• Compliance: You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, financing terrorism, or other illegal activities.

4. Donations and Fees

All donations are made in $CTIP (or supported assets) directly to the Creator's smart contract.

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all donations are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
• Platform Fees: The Smart Contract may deduct a small protocol fee from each donation as configured in the CreatorHubFactory contract to support platform maintenance.
• Gas Fees: You are responsible for paying all network transaction fees (gas) required by the Somnia Network to process your transaction.

5. Content Guidelines

Creators are responsible for the content associated with their profiles (usernames, bios, links). CreaTIP reserves the right (via decentralized governance or admin controls where applicable) to flag addresses associated with:

• Hate speech or harassment.
• Explicit or illegal content.
• Impersonation of others.

6. Limitation of Liability
