CreaTIP respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you interact with our decentralized application (dApp) on the Somnia Network. Due to the nature of blockchain technology, data handling differs significantly from traditional web applications.

2. Public Blockchain Data

The following information is publicly visible to anyone and cannot be deleted or hidden by us:

• Your Wallet Address (e.g., 0x...).
• Transaction amounts and timestamps.
• Smart Contract interactions.
• Messages or "Notes" attached to your donations (stored on-chain).
• Creator profile metadata (usernames, bios) stored on-chain or IPFS.

3. Data We Collect Off-Chain

We collect minimal off-chain data strictly to improve the user interface experience:

• Local Storage: We may store your preferences (like theme settings or connection status) locally on your device's browser.
• RPC Logs: When you connect to the Somnia Network through our dApp, your IP address may be visible to the RPC (Remote Procedure Call) provider, though CreaTIP does not store this map.

4. Smart Contracts

Your data interacts directly with our Verified Smart Contracts on Somnia Network. We do not control the nodes.

5. Third-Party Services

Our dApp may interact with third-party wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Rabby) and explorers (Somnia Explorer). These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices.

6. Your Rights (Immutable Data)

Because the blockchain is immutable, we cannot delete or rectify personal data that has been written to the blockchain (such as your donation history or wallet address). This data is permanent and decentralized. You have the right to disconnect your wallet from our frontend interface at any time.
